Designed a website and responsive web app for a network of returnable, reusable food containers.
DeliverZero is a network of returnable, reusable food containers that lets restaurants, delivery platforms, and POS systems offer takeout and delivery without generating trash. I updated their branding, redesigned the marketing website, and designed a new mobile app that streamlined finding participating restaurants, ordering food, and returning containers.
I created wireframes, then an interactive prototype, and tested with three users to refine based on feedback.
DeliverZero lets restaurants, delivery platforms, and POS systems offer takeout in returnable, reusable containers instead of disposable packaging. The experience of finding participating restaurants, ordering, and returning containers needed to be simpler and more intuitive.

The client wanted to explore color palettes and fonts. It was a fun change of pace from the enterprise systems work I was doing at the time, a chance to lean on my graphic-design roots.
