I’m easy to work with.
The number one positive piece of feedback I’ve received from colleagues and clients is that I’m highly collaborative, approachable, and a team player. Here are some reasons why:

I don’t take myself too seriously, and I don’t need to be the smartest person in the room; I’m not embarrassed to ask what may seem like basic questions in order to ensure the best outcomes.
Many designers and developers have big egos; I put mine aside and can work effectively with extremely difficult stakeholders or colleagues in order to get the job done. - Empathetic
User Experience is all about empathy towards the user; I extend that to colleagues and stakeholders to make sure everyone is comfortable, feels heard, and has fun. - Flexible & Adaptable
I favor results over process; that said, I’ll do whatever I can to follow a process, but if it’s just not working, or a given project is an edge case, or there is limited budget or a tight deadline, I will adapt to meet the deadline with the best possible end results. - Effective Communicator
I like to be clear, detailed yet concise, and I’ll pick up the phone and call someone when things need to get done. - Critical Thinker
If I don’t know an answer, I’ll Google, ask AI chatbots, research, and track down the proper person to get the information and solve the problem.
